Graham, the founder of Cedar Tree MHW, has held numerous positions across various projects. His roles have included Expert Mental Health Trainer with Surrey & Borders NHS Trust, Emotional Wellbeing Manager for a youth charity, and Mental Health and Wellbeing Consultant for a county council project. With over 30 years of experience in Youth & Community work, Graham brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table.
He lives in Hampshire with his wife, two daughters, two sons-in-law, and six grandchildren. He is currently a Trustee for Cornerstone Counselling Yateley and the Co-Founder & Volunteer Coordinator at The Man Shed. Throughout his time, he has volunteered for numerous local community projects, serving as Trustee, Chair, General Manager, Youth Worker, and Co-Founder at Vision 4 Youth.
He is a keen rugby fan and enjoys cycling and walking and is a member of a local church.

Sarah Goldring
Counsellor & Trainer
Sarah is a qualified, BACP Registered Counsellor working in a variety of settings across North Hampshire, working with both Adults and Young People.
Sarah has 30 years experience of working with Young People and has had various roles in Community Development, setting up of Voluntary Services and projects.
Sarah was on the steering group and advised the project co-ordinator in the setting up of the 121 Youth Counselling Agency in the Hart District as well any many Youth focused projects.
Working for some years in educational settings, Sarah helps young people therapeutically with issues including, SEND, sexuality, self harm, trauma, abuse, substance misuse, anxiety, school refusal, bullying and eating disorders.
Sarah has worked along side CAMHS and can facilitate CAMHS based anxiety/depression groups.
Sarah works as a Counselling Lecturer at her local college and runs her own private counselling practice from Yateley and other locations in North Hampshire.

Justin Goldring
Counsellor & Trainer
Justin is a Therapeutic Counsellor and registered member of The BACP specialising in substance misuse and mental health.
As a substance misuse specialist, group lead, presenter and a SMART facilitator, Justin has many years’ experience of working within the NHS and various Drug and Alcohol agencies in Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire and has extensive knowledge of treatment options and recovery models used to treat substance misuse and dependency.
Justin has written presentations and delivered to statutory and voluntary agencies county wide in Surrey.
He has worked as lead facilitator for groups within the NHS alongside managing a clinical caseload. Utilising his knowledge of both CBT and 12 step recovery, Justin has helped develop and write groups to meet the needs of an ever-increasing client base.

Counsellor
Claire is an integrative counsellor and draws on different therapeutic models and approaches within her work, this enables her to tailor sessions to meet your specific needs.
For the past four years she’s worked within an agency and now also runs her private practice.
Claire works both online and face to face and offers a free half hour online or telephone meeting. This gives you the chance to see if Claire will be the right fit for you, as she believes your relationship is key to the process of healing and change.

Suzanne Bourne
Coach & Facilitator
Suzanne is a coach and facilitator balancing consultancy and freelance work with a part-time role developing the self-management programme at Parkinson’s UK.
As a coach Suzanne is a member of the International Coach Federation having completed a Certificate in Professional Coaching with Coaching Development Ltd.
“Become the person you were made to be.” is the strapline for Suzanne’s coaching practise and her passion is to see this become a reality for people in difficult circumstances. Much of her work is focused on people dealing with life impacting challenges such as caring for a loved one, living with a long term health condition or leaving the criminal justice system.
Drawing on her own experience of caring for her husband with Young Onset Parkinson’s Disease, Suzanne has an inspiring story of how this situation led to growth, learning and transformation.
With a background in hospitality management, training, IT and project management, Suzanne enjoys new projects and challenges, most recently mastering the delivery and facilitation of online groups.
Part of the leadership team of her local Church congregation, Suzanne co-leads the Alpha programme and a Sunday group for 0-3’s and their parents/carers. Also enjoying a new role as a Foundation Governor in a local primary school.
