What is the Managing Anxiety, Stress and Emotions (MASE) workshop?
The MASE workshop is designed to help people to understand what is going on when they feel stressed and anxious, and the associated emotions. We will discuss emotional literacy, and provide skills and coping strategies to manage these emotions.
 

The Format   

Duration: 4 hrs with breaks.

Venue: Face 2 Face or Online.     

Style: Live & interactive - Learning takes place through a mix of group activities, presentations, discussions and videos. 


What we cover

  • Understanding Stress & Anxiety.
  • Emotional literacy.
  • Skills and coping strategies.


On completion

Everyone who completes the course will receive a Cedar Tree certificate of attendance.
